Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products listed on EdgeBaz are legal, accurately described, and available for delivery. Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information before making a purchase and providing accurate delivery details. Buyers must use the platform honestly and refrain from fraudulent activities.

Payments made through EdgeBaz may be held temporarily through our escrow process until transaction requirements are met. This system is designed to protect both buyers and sellers and reduce fraudulent activity.

Payment processing and seller withdrawals may be handled by third-party financial service providers. EdgeBaz reserves the right to delay or suspend payouts where fraud, disputes, verification issues, or legal concerns are detected.

Users may not engage in fraud, impersonation, money laundering, unlawful transactions, abuse of the platform, attempts to bypass escrow systems, or any activity that harms other users or EdgeBaz.

EdgeBaz may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. Decisions made during dispute investigations may consider transaction records, communication history, proof of delivery, and other relevant evidence.

EdgeBaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activities, or pose risks to the platform or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeBaz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Users assume responsibility for their marketplace activities.

EdgeBaz may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
